    Help & FAQ

    Questions, answered.

Everything on shipping, subscriptions, and how our beef gets to your freezer. Still stuck? Reach out and a real person will get back to you.

    Shipping & Delivery

    When do you ship packages?+

On two day air orders we ship Monday and Tuesday, and for overnight orders we ship Monday through Wednesday.

    Where do you ship?+

Anywhere in the lower 48. Around Bozeman and Livingston we also do local pickup and local delivery — pick whichever suits you at checkout.

How does the meat stay cold in transit?+

Every order ships flash-frozen, packed in an insulated box with dry ice or gel packs. When it lands, move it to your freezer and you are set.

How fast will my order get here?+

Boxes go out on our regular shipping days and usually arrive within two days. You will get tracking the moment it is on the truck.

    Subscriptions

    How does a subscription work?+

Pick a box, pick how often you want it, and we keep it coming. You lock in subscriber pricing and stay in control — skip, swap, pause, or cancel anytime before your next renewal.

Can I change what is in my box?+

Yes. Swap cuts, add a mini bundle, or change your delivery date right from your account. Whatever you set sticks for the next renewal.

When am I charged, and how do I cancel?+

We charge the card on file on each renewal date and email you before every charge, so there are no surprises. Pause or cancel from your account anytime — no phone call, no hoops.

    Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you take?+

All major cards, processed securely through Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.

Can I change or cancel an order?+

If it has not shipped yet, email us and we will sort it out. Once a box is frozen, packed, and on its way, we cannot pull it back.

    Product & Quality

Where does your meat come from?+

Premium Montana-raised meat from ranches we trust, cut for quality rather than volume. All of the Wagyu we sell is Tajima Wagyu and the pork is Montana Natural pork, raised by the Hutterites.

How should I store it, and how long does it keep?+

Straight to the freezer. Vacuum-sealed cuts keep for months frozen. Thaw in the fridge a day before you plan to cook.

How much meat is in a box?+

Each box page lists its contents and approximate weight. Weights are approximate because we are cutting real beef, not filling a mold.
